1. How much is shipping?
Shipping is free for all UK orders over £15. For orders under £15 and for countries outside the UK, shipping is charged at standard Royal Mail second class and international postage rates. See all shipping info here.
2. Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We can ship anywhere in the world. Prices will be automatically calculated at checkout. You will be responsible for paying any taxes due on import.
3. Can you give me a discount?
Maybe ;-) Subscribe to our newsletter and follow us on social media to be the first to hear about flash sales and special offers.
4. I've changed my mind about my order, can I get a refund?
Yes, you have 30 days to return your unused item for full refund. The product will need to be returned at your expense and in a saleable condition. You can see our full returns policy here.
5. Do you provide samples?
At the moment we don't provide samples, however as we continue to grow we may offer this in the future. The best way to keep up to date with news is to subscribe to our newsletter.
6. Do you work with reviewers and influencers?
That all depends on what you are interested in. We get contacted by lots of people wanting free products to review. For this, we recommend contacting the brand directly - they have a lot more products to give away! If you have any other interesting partnership ideas, let's talk.
7. I'm new to skincare and very confused. Where should I start?

8. I've heard a lot about fake skincare products being sold online, how do I know your products are genuine?
All our products are 100% genuine and sourced from our trusted wholesale partners in Korea. If you need some reassurance check out our reviews on Trustpilot.
