UK Standard Shipping - including Isle of Man and Channel Islands
Free tracked shipping is offered on all orders of £30 or more in value (after any discounts).
For orders below £30 standard shipping is £3.95
We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 hour for standard delivery. You will receive a link to the tracking information in your shipping confirmation email. With dispatch time you can expect your order in 2 to 3 working days.
Please note, for orders with a value of over £100 we may upgrade the delivery service to Royal Mail Signed For for added security.
UK Next Day Shipping - including Isle of Man and Channel Islands.
Express Shipping costs £5.95 for orders below £30, and £4.50 for orders above £30. If you order before 1pm your order will be dispatched the same day and should arrive the next working day. If you order after 1pm your order will be dispatched the next working day and arrive the following working day. Please be aware that 'working days' are Monday to Friday only, excluding bank holidays.
We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 hour delivery for this service.
UK Large Letter - including Isle of Man and Channel Islands
For smaller items like sheet masks and some minis, we offer a Royal Mail 2nd Class Large Letter delivery option. This is an untracked service, and with dispatch time you can expect your order in 3 to 5 working days. This service costs £1.95 and your order will be posted through your letter box.
PLEASE NOTE: Delivery timescales are not guaranteed. While most orders will arrive within the specified timeframe, local delays do sometimes occur meaning orders may arrive later. In these instances we accept no liability for delays caused by our delivery partners.
USA
We send orders to the USA with all import duty and taxes paid, so your order will not be delayed at the border and you will have nothing more to pay. Shipping is tracked, arrives in 5 to 7 working days and starts from $15.95
Europe - Ireland, Austria, France, Germany, Netherlands, Norway, Switzerland
We send orders to the above countries with all import duty and taxes paid, so your order will not be delayed at the border and you will have nothing more to pay. Shipping is tracked, arrives in 3 to 5 working days and starts from €11.95
EU Shipping (excluding countries listed above)
Unfortunately we are unable to ship to the remaining countries in the European Union due to issues with duty payments, delays at borders and inconsistencies between countries requirements.
Dubai & Qatar
We send orders to Dubai and Qatar using DPD International Tracked. Prices start from £10.50 for Dubai and £12.50 for Qatar.
Worldwide Shipping
Orders outside Europe are sent using Royal Mail International Standard. You can expect your order to arrive in 6 to 7 working days, although local services may take longer. This is an untracked service.
Please note that as the items are arriving from the UK you may need to pay taxes, duty and a clearance fee for customs in your country.

Worldwide Duty & Taxes
Please be aware that you are responsible for the payment of any taxes and duties imposed by your country on the import of products.
All such charges are your responsibility, and if not paid your order may be held or returned to the UK. In the event of your order being returned to us we will contact you.
We will complete accurate goods declaration forms when required by the receiving country.
Missing, Late and Damaged Orders
The vast majority of orders arrive in perfect condition and within the specified delivery times. However, please note that the delivery times are shown as a guide for that service and are not guaranteed. Please consider this when placing urgent orders. We cannot be held responsible for orders that are received outside the advised delivery timescales.
We recommend that you always select a tracked service. If your order does not arrive and you have chosen a tracked service we will be able to offer a refund after 14 days. If you have not selected a tracked service then we are unable to offer a refund until 30 days from the date of placing the order. If our delivery partners show that the order has been delivered then we are unable to offer a refund.
If your order arrives in a damaged condition then please let us know as soon as possible so that we can assist you in returning it for a replacement. For more details see our returns policy.
Incorrectly Addressed Orders
It is your responsibility to ensure you have supplied the correct shipping details. In the event that your order is returned due to incorrect shipping details, either a charge for the standard cost of the postage will be made to re-send the order to the correct address, or if a refund is requested the standard shipping charge will be deducted from the refund. This applies both to orders where the shipping has been paid separately and for orders where the value is above any free shipping threshold. This is to ensure that the cost of shipping the order is covered each time the order is shipped.
