Refund policy

Returns

You can return your purchase within 60 days for a refund. If more than 60 days have passed since the date of purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a refund your item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging with all seals intact and in such a condition that it can be re-sold.

We are not able to offer return postage so you will need to pay the postage to return your item. We recommend you used a tracked service and pack the item in a sturdy box so that the packaging is not damaged.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment. The refund may take up to five working days to be credited. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If the refund is rejected please note we are unable to return the item.

The refund amount is the purchase price minus the shipping fee. If you received free shipping with your order, the standard UK shipping rate of £3.95 will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of shipping the original order to you.

Faults or Damage

If your order arrives damaged or faulty please contact us immediately by email with photos of the damage or fault. 

Please remember that everyone's skin is different, and what works for one person may not work for another. Always test new skincare products on a small patch of skin before applying to the whole face and check the ingredients list for any that may react badly with your skin. 

Unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund for products that do not react well with your skin. 

Missing Items

We check every order thoroughly before we send it, and may also weigh and take a photo of your order before it is dispatched for quality control purposes. In the unlikely event that you find an item is missing from your order please contact us by email at info@refreshskincare.co.uk immediately. Any confirmed missing items will be replaced at our discretion.  

Ingredients & Packaging

Manufacturers can and do update the ingredients and packaging design at their discretion. While we try to keep our product information and photos up-to-date the ingredients in your product may differ from those listed on the product page and the packaging or product design may be modified. If in doubt, please check the ingredient list on the packaging of the product for the latest information.
