UVA - Longwave Ultraviolet A (UVA) rays penetrate deep into the dermis, the skin's thickest layer and causes premature skin aging, wrinkling and dark spots. 
UVB - Shortwave Ultraviolet B (UVB) rays burn the superficial layers of the skin and are the main cause of sunburn and skin cancer.
PA - More + signs mean longer protection against UVA.
SPF - Higher numbers mean longer protection against UVB.

Directions:

Use it as the last step of your morning skincare regime. Dermatologist recommends 1/4 of a teaspoon amount onto face, and lightly pat in to aid absorption.

Apply 30 minutes prior to sun exposure to enable protection products to fully be absorbed by the skin. Reapply after swimming.
