1. How much is shipping? 

Shipping is free for all UK orders over £25. We use Royal Mail tracked 48 hour delivery as standard. We also offer a priority service using Royal Mail tracked 24hr for an additional fee. For orders under £25 and for countries outside the UK, shipping is charged at standard Royal Mail and international postage rates. See all shipping rate info here. 

2. Do you ship internationally? 

Yes! We can ship anywhere in the world. Prices will be automatically calculated at checkout. You will be responsible for paying any taxes due on import. 

3. Can you give me a discount? 

Maybe ;-) Subscribe to our newsletter and follow us on social media to be the first to hear about flash sales and special offers. 

4. I've changed my mind about my order, can I get a refund? 

Yes, you have 30 days to return your unused item for full refund. The product will need to be returned at your expense and in a saleable condition. You can see our full returns policy here. 

5. Do you provide samples? 

We try to include exciting samples as often as possible, but we can't guarantee that one will go out with every order. The best way to keep up to date with our latest offers is to subscribe to our newsletter.

6. Do you work with reviewers and influencers? 

We do! We partner with those working within the skincare community to bring our message about great looking skin to a wider audience. If you'd like to work with us there's more information here.  

7. I'm new to skincare and very confused. Where should I start? 

Welcome to the community :-) We've put together some information on skincare essentials in our Refresh Skincare Academy.

8. I've heard a lot about fake skincare products being sold online, how do I know your products are genuine? 

All our products are 100% genuine and sourced from our trusted wholesale partners in Korea. If you're not happy with your purchase you can return it within 30 days for a full refund.
